Convenient location right next to a large park was a plus. The staff was amicable and the room was new-fashioned with comfortable beds.

I had a really enjoyable experience here, everything was good, the location was fab not far from the communal areas and bedrooms/bathrooms and Cathedral. The most important was the staff - very polite and great people. Reasonably priced food, I thoroughly enjoyed it.

The double room I stayed in was good sized and airy with ripped chair. There were a work desk, multi-channel television, and ironing facilities provided.

I had a very pleasant stay at Buckerell Lodge Hotel in September. The breakfast at 9.15am was delicious and satisfying. The hotel is conveniently located near Port Royal and is just a short walk away from restaurants, a large park, and the city center. I really appreciated my experience at this hotel.

The location of the hotel was convenient for us, as we were able to easily walk to the nearby town of Exeter. We also appreciated the lounge area where we could relax and enjoy our meals. the hotel provided a comfortable stay with clean and tidy rooms.

One aspect that could be improved is the availability of hairdryers in the rooms. It was disappointing to discover that there were no hairdryers provided, causing inconvenience who relied on them.

The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, ensuring that all basic amenities are available in the rooms. The rooms themselves are well-furnished, with a sofa, a bath and shower, and all the necessary linens. The bed is incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. One of the highlights is the breakfast, with poached eggs cooked to order and served with fresh milk at a convenient time.

All was fine, without any issues or complaints.

Spent a lovely Xmas time at a hotel in a great location, just a short walk away from the city center and with good parking facilities. The staff were welcoming and friendly, making our stay even better. The breakfast was delicious and it was great to have the option of both hot and cold food. The room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the additional festive decorations that made us feel at home.

We did notice a few issues during our stay that could have been improved. The Wi-Fi password wasn't readily available and the bar was the only place to access it, which was inconvenient for those who didn't want to visit the bar.
